With mixing and matching - of shapes, patterns, materials, brands, and old and new - so key in today’s dining culture, luxury Russian retailer Dom Farfora, which has seven multi-brand tableware and giftware stores across Russia, has unveiled its Mix&Match concept.
The luxury retailer, which offers tableware brands that include Herend, Lenox, Moser, Michael Aram, Meissen, Villeroy & Boch and Lalique, among others, is offering in-store consultations for customers on mixing and matching tableware, and this autumn, will start delivering in-store Masterclasses, where Dom Farfora customers will be invited to learn the basics of tableware setting.
“Today, innovation and tradition go hand in hand in our everyday life, and this reality is reflected in the trend of combining dining items, from different patterns, using old with new, mixing glass with porcelain, square shapes with round, budget products with exclusive, and so on,” says Elena Sokolova, commercial director and buyer at Dom Farfora.
“We highly appreciate the development of this direction and have organised consultations for clients interested in mixing various patterns, textures, materials in order to create something new and special for their home.”
